Hotel Celeste del Mar – 30 meters from Mermejita beach
Mazunte, Mexico
The retreat takes place at a boutique eco-hotel, just 30 meters from Mermejita beach.
You’ll sleep in private room with the sound of the ocean (some with ocean views) surrounded by tropical nature and have access to a peaceful pool area for rest and reflection.
The retreat will be taking place in the small coast town Mazunte, ‚a magic town‘ (puebla magico) known for its natural significance and conscious community.

My journey with yoga began at a very young age. When I chose to dedicate myself more deeply to yoga and began my path as a teacher, something shifted. I found a new way of being more presence, serenity, and a deeper connection to myself and the world around me.
Along the way, I explored and trained in yoga @Vishnu’s Vibes, mindful meditation, pranayama and breathwork, as well as Reiki, sound healing and Thai Yoga Massage and drew inspiration from various spiritual traditions.
These experiences shaped my understanding of balance, awareness, and living in harmony with life.
Through yoga and meditation, I learned to release tension on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, to ground myself, soften, and trust the natural flow of life.
My teaching is rooted in mindful Hatha Vinyasa with restorative elements, guided by the breath and respect for the body’s innate wisdom. I love working in and with nature connecting to the elements around and within us, and creating space to restore and realign to our natural rhythm.
I love to share practices and insights that have helped me find balance, clarity, and trust in this beautiful life. I hold space for slowing down, reconnecting, and remembering who you are with presence, compassion, and awareness.
I look forward to guiding you.

For most of my life, I pushed myself far beyond my limits.
I was the high achiever. The perfectionist.
The one who held everything together.
And even when my body whispered slow down, I kept going until it shut down.
I developed chronic tension and physical pain that no doctor could explain.
I felt disconnected from myself, exhausted and lost.
Nothing changed until I began listening to my body.
Through somatic work, self-inquiry and understanding the mind–body connection, I learned that my pain wasn’t a malfunction.
It was a message.
A doorway back to myself.
Slowly, gently, I healed not by fixing myself, but by returning to my body.
This journey became the foundation of MANAKAYA BALANCE.
Now I support women like you in reconnecting with their bodies, releasing stored tension and rediscovering their inner safety and softness.
